Kona is Master at Hawaii’s First Cupping Contest

Onouli Village of Kona won top awards at Hawaii’s first coffee-cupping competitors this few days at the Hawaii islands Java Association’s Fourteenth yearly meeting at Finest Exotic Farmville farm.  There were 69 records who were assessed by 3 most judges.  The ratings were depending on wet and dry scents, level of acidity, body, stability, sweet taste and aftertaste. In other cupping information, Rusty’s Traditional, an espresso organization in Kau, gained the top ranking in a cupping of Whiskey varietal coffee bean by “Coffee Review: The Globe's Major Java Purchasing Information.”
