Natural Tea for Feeling sick ( personal account )

I experience from distance nausea most of enough time. I do not know why or where it comes from but it can be most upsetting. There are times when it is more intense than others but mostly it happens in the evening or at night while I sit on the sofa viewing TV. A while ago, I tried using cinnamon supplements for it. It did help but never did really rid it off.
I was pretty much pleased with the results.
I observed that it mostly occurred if I were to fall sleeping while seated up or if I were only sleeping for a short time. Have no idea what exactly is up with that. Heat in the summer makes it more intense.
It occurred quite by accident, really.
I decided to take up teas consuming for other wellness advantages . I started consuming a two bag cup using Republic of Tea and still do. I started off with a regular, simply, teas when I observed my nausea was starting to happen less and less. I really could not figure out why.
Then one day, I had not had anything to eat and I was feeling nauseated and set me a cup of teas .
It was then that I observed the relaxing effect and where it was coming from. It was the GREEN TEA ! It was after that when I found my most favorite combination. Again, still using Republic of Tea .

The combination is their Sweetie Ginseng Natural Tea . It is absolutely wonderful and delicious. Just a sign of honey and the after flavor is just devine.
It is almost "refreshing".
Seems that way to me. Anyhoo….. that did it for me.
The nausea has lastly disapeared and I still enjoy all the other wellness advantages from teas . I just got to add one to my record of what to expect. If you experience from any type of nausea and have not tried teas as an aid to reduce of stop it, try it! You may be pleased.
