I would like to have a alternative pot as I do like the coffee manufacturer but Wal-mart in Royal prince Henry, B.C.

says that I need to get in touch with the Organization at 877-556-0973 but this variety comes up "No more period of time in Service". I'm not sure what to do to get a alternative pot. I will try 800-638-2772 on Monday, Feb Fourteenth, to see if any one can help me.
I recognize this is not one of the remember design figures but I only want a alternative cup pot.
