Research that java is good for the center, but not when directly treated into it!! Rejane Telles, a Brazil nursing student, has found herself on the getting end of an unconscious wrongful loss of life cost after injecting java and dairy products into the IV range of an 80 year old lady. It went directly to her center and murdered her. Trainees had only three days of job experience when the occurrence occurred. Telles declines any purpose to destroy the individual revealing that there were 2 collections, one for feedings and one for the blood drop and she simply select the incorrect range. "They were next to each other, anyone can get puzzled.
I treated the java and I put it in the incorrect place," If this was not sad enough, the women little girl was there when it occurred and she viewed her mom die.
"I saw my mom was distressed. She started out her oral cavity, and this teenager put java with dairy products into (her) blood vessels," the little girl said. Three other individuals are also experiencing expenses due to the loss of life.
